Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and preventive care to keep patients smiling bright
• Assess patients' oral health and report findings to the dentist
• Take and develop dental X-rays with precision and care
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and personalized care plans
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment
• Document patient care accurately and support the dental team during procedures

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Excellent communication skills and a caring chairside manner

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene techniques and radiography
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dental practice
• Proficiency with dental charting and EHR software
