Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform and process high-quality X-Ray images using portable digital (DR) and computed (CR) radiography equipment, transmitting them to Radiologists for interpretation.
• Safely unload and maneuver portable X-Ray equipment into nursing homes and healthcare facilities to perform physician-ordered exams, ensuring clinically diagnostic images every time.
• Perform EKGs as needed and transmit results to Cardiologists for interpretation, expanding your clinical impact.
• Scan and submit exam paperwork and billing documents daily, keeping operations seamless and compliant.
• Coordinate with dispatch and management regularly, ensuring efficient routing and timely patient care.
• Maintain your vehicle and X-Ray equipment in top condition, representing our commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Active California Radiologic Technologist license and ARRT certification (required)
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
• COVID-19 vaccination required; exemptions considered with proper documentation
• Experience in mobile radiography or long-term care settings is a plus
• Physical ability to push/pull 50-100 lbs equipment, with mechanical assistance available
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in X-Ray and EKG procedures
• Expertise with Digital Radiography (DR) and Computed Radiography (CR) systems
• Experience with mobile radiography equipment
• Knowledge of radiologic safety and infection control practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules
