Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care
• Assess patient health and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments with precision
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals
• Document patient records accurately and timely
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families

Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered Pennsylvania RN license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Prior nursing experience in a similar setting is a plus
• Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of nursing protocols and patient safety standards
• Proficiency in using electronic health records and medical equipment
• Ability to stay calm and effective in high-pressure situations
• Time management and organizational skills
• Compassionate approach to patient care
