Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient supervision and compassionate care as a sitter
• Monitor and document vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Assist patients with feeding, ambulation, turning, and positioning
• Perform hourly rounding to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Float to various units across the hospital to support wherever needed
• Document patient interactions and observations accurately in EPIC

Qualifications

• Active Washington CNA license (or ability to obtain before start)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 1-2 years of hospital experience
• Valid driver's license required
• Flexibility and a positive attitude for a dynamic work environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Ability to monitor vital signs and respond appropriately
• Experience with feeding, ambulation, and mobility assistance
• Excellent teamwork and adaptability in fast-paced settings
• Knowledge of safety protocols and hourly rounding best practices
