Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care, including cleanings and preventive treatments
• Build rapport with patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience
• Collaborate with a dedicated dental assistant to streamline patient flow
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-visit care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to support quality care

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication skills and a warm, friendly demeanor
• Commitment to providing outstanding patient care
• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
• Knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols
• Ability to work efficiently with a dental assistant to maximize productivity
• Excellent patient education and motivational skills
• Sharp attention to detail and organizational abilities
