Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures by preparing instruments and ensuring patient comfort
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and dental instruments
• Take and develop dental X-rays as directed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records and update dental charts
• Manage dental supplies inventory and assist with ordering materials

Qualifications

• Active dental assistant certification or licensure in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain)
• CPR/BLS certification
• Experience as a dental assistant in a clinical setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
• Proficiency with dental software and record-keeping systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
