Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct care to patients including assistance with activities of daily living
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff promptly
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Support patients with meals, personal hygiene, and grooming while maintaining dignity
• Document patient care observations accurately and communicate effectively with the care team
• Respond to patient needs promptly and maintain a clean, safe environment

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to varying patient needs
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but new graduates are welcome

• Skilled in vital signs monitoring and documentation
