Roles & Responsibilities

Perform complex clinical laboratory testing across General Laboratory disciplines including Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, and Microbiology with precision and reliability.
Act as Nevada State General Supervisor when required, applying your licensure to ensure proper oversight and compliance.
Maintain strict quality control and safety protocols; document results accurately and promptly.
Troubleshoot instrumentation and testing issues, ensuring timely resolution to keep patient results flowing.
Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with colleagues to deliver accurate, timely diagnostic information.

Qualifications

Current and active Nevada State General Supervisor license (required).
Experience performing complex testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, and Microbiology.
Comfortable working evening/night shift hours (1:00 PM - 9:30 PM).
Strong attention to quality control and laboratory safety protocols.
Full-time availability and ability to multitask in a high-volume lab.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced lab
