Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Varied shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends as needed

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform routine and complex laboratory tests on patient samples
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy
Conduct quality control procedures and troubleshoot issues
Document and report test results to healthcare providers promptly
Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or eligible
Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in laboratory information systems
Knowledge of CLIA and OSHA regulations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
