Roles & Responsibilities

Support the clinical team by preparing exam rooms and ensuring supplies are ready
Greet patients and assist with check-in processes to create a welcoming experience
Obtain basic patient information and record vitals accurately
Assist with clinical procedures and help maintain a clean, safe environment
Communicate clearly with patients and team members to keep care coordinated
Participate in orientation and training sessions to maintain high standards of care

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant certificate or diploma preferred
Certification such as CMA is a plus
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or obtainable upon hire
Comfortable working in a clinical, patient-facing environment
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Previous clinical or medical assistant experience is a plus but not strictly required

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
Medical Assistant diploma or certificate preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of basic clinical procedures and infection control
Ability to take and record vitals accurately
Patient-focused bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with good documentation habits
Willingness to learn facility-specific workflows and EHR systems
