Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist clinicians with patient intake, vitals, and documentation in the EHR
Prepare exam rooms and ensure supplies are stocked for efficient patient flow
Perform point-of-care testing and document results accurately
Communicate clearly with patients and families to provide compassionate support
Coordinate care activities, including referrals and follow-up instructions
Support infection control and safety protocols to maintain a clean environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant certificate preferred
Current CMA/CCMA or equivalent certification preferred where applicable
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain
Excellent communication skills and a patient-first attitude
Experience in ambulatory or clinic settings is a plus
Ability to pass background checks and fulfill facility onboarding requirements

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certificate or diploma preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Familiarity with vital signs, specimen collection, and basic clinical procedures
Comfortable using electronic health records and basic computer systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team
Knowledge of infection control and standard clinical safety practices
