Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the rehabilitation department to ensure high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with therapy staff
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
• Provide mentorship and supervision to therapy team members

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, or Therapy Assistant (PTA/COTA)
• Active BLS/BCLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in rehabilitation therapy
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of rehabilitation principles and practices
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in documentation and EMR systems
