Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living skills and life activities to promote independence
• Help people identify and achieve their personal goals
• Monitor comfort and safety, ensuring medical, nutritional, and personal care needs are met
• Provide emotional support and assist with housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry
• Create an environment where people can learn, grow, and discover

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid U.S. driver's license required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medication Aide Certification in good standing

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Medication administration expertise
• Direct support and patient care skills
• Strong communication and listening abilities
