Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional preventive dental care to patients, including cleanings, assessments, and patient education
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a comfortable and positive patient experience
• Take and develop dental x-rays while following safety and infection control protocols
• Document patient care accurately and support the dentist during procedures
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and treatment recommendations

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain prior to start
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Willingness to adapt to the team's workflow and needs

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, instruments, and sterilization techniques
• Ability to read and interpret dental x-rays
• Proficiency with dental practice management software
• Understanding of OSHA and infection control standards
• Strong interpersonal and patient education skills
