Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings and prophylaxis for patients
• Conduct oral health assessments and charting
• Take and develop dental X-rays
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Assist the dentist during procedures
• Maintain patient records and ensure a clean, safe environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and techniques
• Proficiency in dental software and diagnostic tools
• Strong interpersonal skills to educate and reassure patients
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and sterilization standards
