Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality preventive dental care, including cleanings, exams, and radiographs
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and at-home care routines
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure a smooth patient flow
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
• Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols
• Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including afternoon/evening shifts
• Experience with dental software and digital x-rays preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental prophylaxis and scaling techniques
• Familiarity with dental radiography and digital imaging
• Understanding of infection control and OSHA standards
• Strong patient assessment and charting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
