Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality preventive dental care, including cleanings, exams, and radiographs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and at-home care routines
- Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure a smooth patient flow
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols
- Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including afternoon/evening shifts
- Experience with dental software and digital x-rays preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of dental prophylaxis and scaling techniques
- Familiarity with dental radiography and digital imaging
- Understanding of infection control and OSHA standards
- Strong patient assessment and charting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
