Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide thorough dental cleanings and preventive care to patients of all ages
• Conduct oral health assessments and document findings accurately
• Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and nutrition for a healthy smile
• Capture high-quality dental x-rays and apply fluoride treatments
• Assist the dentist during exams and procedures to ensure a smooth visit
• Maintain a sterile, safe, and welcoming clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• New graduates encouraged to apply; clinical experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and periodontal care
• Proficiency with dental x-rays and digital imaging
• Great communication skills to connect with patients and collaborate with the team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to infection control
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental practice
