Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care to patients of all ages, with a special focus on pediatric patients
• Perform thorough cleanings, dental examinations, and take X-rays as needed
• Educate patients and families on proper oral hygiene practices and preventative care
• Collaborate with dentists and team members to create comprehensive treatment plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for a positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Current Dental Hygienist license in the state of Maryland
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Proficiency with dental software and patient management systems
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent patient education and counseling skills
