Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate oral hygiene care to patients
• Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations
• Assist the dentist during procedures and X-rays
• Educate patients on proper oral care techniques
• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization standards
• Document patient care accurately in the system

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia (or in progress)
• Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong attention to detail and clinical precision
• Excellent patient communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
• Understanding of HIPAA and infection control guidelines
• Proficiency with dental charting and software
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting
