Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8-hour days (M/F Inpatient at Valley View Hospital in Glenwood Springs, T/W/R Outpatient Clinic in Carbondale)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with diverse diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans
• Improve patients' strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and functional mobility
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs for continued progress
• Collaborate with a supportive rehab team across two beautiful Colorado locations
• Document patient progress accurately using Point Click EMR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Colorado PT license (DORA) or compact license for Colorado
• At least 2 years of PT experience; 3-5 years preferred
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Willingness to work at both inpatient and outpatient sites

Education

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Comfortable using electronic medical records (Point Click)
• Ability to adapt to different patient populations and settings
