Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills and motor functions
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment goals as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment use

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility upon acceptance)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Previous experience in rehabilitation or acute care preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and evaluation
• Treatment planning and goal setting
• Knowledge of rehabilitative techniques and modalities
• Excellent documentation and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
