Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents
• Document patient care accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Montana (or compact state)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or similar setting
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate patient-centered approach
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus
