Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care consistent with LPN scope of practice
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document appropriately
- Perform thorough patient assessments and report changes to the care team
- Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation in the patient record
- Collaborate with nurses, providers, and interdisciplinary staff to implement care plans
- Promote patient safety and infection control best practices at all times
- Communicate respectfully with patients and families to support positive outcomes
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — active and in good standing (Pennsylvania licensure required)
- Comfortable working standard 8.5-hour shifts with a reliable attendance record
- Demonstrated clinical judgment and strong communication skills
- Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a care team
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and basic clinical procedures
- Patient assessment and monitoring
- Accurate clinical documentation and charting
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow care plans and facility policies
