Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, hands-on patient care in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor patient status, document changes, and communicate concerns to the care team
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to coordinate excellent care
- Support patient comfort, dignity, and education during their stay
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and follow facility policies
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Pennsylvania or eligible for licensure
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
- Clinical experience as an LPN preferred; new grads with strong clinical skills welcome
- Ability to pass facility background checks and health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
Education
- Practical Nursing diploma or completion of an accredited LPN program
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and medication administration
- Familiarity with patient charting and electronic health records
- Ability to assess patient needs and escalate concerns appropriately
- Good time management and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
- Team-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable following infection control and safety protocols
