Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care and support to patients
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Perform patient assessments, monitor conditions, and document findings
- Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient-centered plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support a positive patient experience through clear communication and empathy
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient education as needed
Qualifications
- Current and active LPN license (Georgia licensure preferred or eligibility to obtain)
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Clinical experience as an LPN (exact years not specified in posting)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass required background and health screenings
Education
- Completed accredited practical nursing program or vocational nursing diploma
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and documentation best practices
- Basic patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
- Infection control procedures and safe clinical practices
- Charting and electronic medical record familiarity
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
