Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care within LPN scope
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor patient status and report changes to RN/MD promptly
- Document patient care, observations, and interventions in the chart
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care plans
- Assist with basic procedures and support a safe, sanitary environment
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the state of Georgia (or compact/multi-state as applicable)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
- Minimum clinical experience preferred; ready-to-work new grads welcome to apply
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and required health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
Education
- Practical Nursing diploma or certificate (LPN program) or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and documentation best practices
- Basic wound care and vital signs monitoring
- Fundamental patient assessment skills
- Comfortable using electronic medical records and clinical documentation
- Teamwork, time management, and the ability to prioritize in a busy setting
