Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate patient care consistent with LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and document treatments accurately
Monitor patient status and report changes to the care team promptly
Perform focused assessments and maintain clear, timely charting
Collaborate with RNs, physicians and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Support a safe and clean patient environment and assist with basic patient needs

Qualifications

Current LPN license in good standing (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent (preferred if available)
Comfortable with medication administration and routine nursing procedures
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to pass facility background and health screenings

Education

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) diploma or equivalent educational credential required

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational nursing knowledge appropriate for an LPN
Medication administration and basic IV / injection experience where applicable
Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Accurate charting and documentation skills
Ability to follow care plans and escalate concerns appropriately
Time management skills for short, focused shift work
