Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care to residents at Cottage of the Shoals
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the care team
- Support daily living activities to help residents feel comfortable and valued
- Collaborate with nurses and physicians to deliver excellent outcomes
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Alabama
- Current CPR certification
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation
- Strong attention to detail and a caring bedside manner
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and documentation
- Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
- Infection control practices
- Electronic health record systems
- Clear communication with residents and families
