Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 40 hours guaranteed, no weekends, no call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients stretch and exercise targeted muscle groups to improve mobility
Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists to deliver personalized care plans
Guide patients through balance training and other essential techniques
Assist patients safely from wheelchairs or walkers to therapy areas
Educate families on effective at-home techniques for continued progress
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming therapy environment
Handle administrative tasks like scheduling and documentation with care

Qualifications

Active PTA license in Washington or compact state
Minimum 1 year of PTA experience required
LTC or SNF experience strongly preferred
Current AHA certifications required at start date
Skills checklist completed within the last year
