Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on physical therapy to patients recovering from stroke, spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic procedures
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create personalized rehab plans
Provide care across inpatient rehab, general medical floors, and outpatient clinics
Support patients with complex needs including bariatrics, cardiac, and post-surgical recovery
Mentor and guide patients through meaningful milestones on their road to recovery

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in California
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
Current BLS certification
Comfortable working weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment planning skills across ortho, neuro, and general medical populations
Ability to adapt care for inpatient rehab, sub-acute, and outpatient settings
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with swallow studies a plus for cross-training opportunities
