Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist surgeons during OB and OR procedures with precision and care
Prepare and maintain sterile fields to ensure patient safety
Float between OB and OR units to support dynamic patient needs
Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver exceptional outcomes
Handle surgical instruments and supplies efficiently throughout procedures

Qualifications

Active Surgical Tech certification or license
OB and OR experience required
Ability to provide two supervisory references (one within 12 months, one within 3 years)
Willingness to work two of the three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to float between OB and OR departments
Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
