Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients regain mobility and independence through personalized therapy plans
- Assess patient needs and develop evidence-based treatment programs
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize recovery outcomes
- Educate patients and families on exercises and home care strategies
- Document progress and adjust treatments to achieve the best results
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in Minnesota
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
- Progress documentation and outcome tracking
- Patient and family education
