Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing center
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans
• Document resident assessments, changes in condition, and care provided
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers
• Promote a safe and comfortable environment for residents

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maine
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
• Ability to work a 12-hour AP shift from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatrics preferred but new graduates are welcome

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in medication administration and documentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
