Shift Type: Flexible shifts, including nights (e.g., 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting
Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as prescribed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
Document patient progress and report changes to healthcare team
Ensure a safe and healing environment for patients and families

Qualifications

Current and valid LPN or RN license in New Mexico
CPR certification (BLS) required
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing for RN; Diploma or Associate's for LPN)

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in patient assessment and clinical judgment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of infection control and safety standards
Familiarity with electronic health records
