Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care that truly makes a difference
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, reporting changes to the care team
- Collaborate with nurses, providers, and families to create personalized care plans
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and aftercare
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maine
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- COVID-19 vaccination or documented religious/medical exemption
- Prior LPN experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a big plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to a fast-paced setting
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and dosage calculations
- Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
- Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy
- Teamwork and collaboration in a multidisciplinary environment
- Compassionate, empathetic approach to resident care
