Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to patients including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and transfer using proper body mechanics
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Document patient observations and report changes to the nursing team
• Ensure patient comfort and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
