Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients following physician orders and referrals
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise COTAs in alignment with state practice acts and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
• Active Wyoming OT license, or the ability to obtain one before start
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
• Passion for helping patients improve independence in daily living

Education

• Master's degree (MOT) or Doctorate (OTD) from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient evaluation and individualized treatment planning
• Discharge planning and clinical documentation
• Supervision of COTAs and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication with patients, families, and colleagues
• Knowledge of state and federal OT regulations and safety standards
