Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, typically 3-4 shifts per week (days determined by facility)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor vital signs and observe patient condition, reporting changes promptly
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Document patient care thoroughly and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure the best outcomes for every patient
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of Maine (or compact license accepted)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a hospital setting is a plus
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and documentation
- Patient assessment and monitoring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
