Shift Type: Rotating schedule, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
- Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and responses to care
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and nurse aides to implement personalized care plans
- Communicate with residents and families to offer comfort, education, and support
- Supervise and support certified nursing assistants in daily tasks
- Observe and report changes in resident condition promptly
- Maintain a safe, clean, and infection-controlled environment
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted LPN license in New Mexico or compact state eligible
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatrics experience preferred
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or have an approved medical/religious exemption
- Ability to pass a background check and provide valid government-issued ID
- Compassionate, dependable, and quick on your feet
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of medication administration and dosage calculations
- Familiarity with electronic health records and charting systems
- Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Time management and critical thinking skills
