Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists during patient exams and procedures to ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and operatory rooms
• Take dental X-rays and prepare patient records
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and oral hygiene practices
• Maintain accurate patient charts and treatment notes
• Provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient

Qualifications

• Must be Orthodontic Certified (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience as a dental assistant, preferably in orthodontics
• Familiarity with dental software, including Denticon
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthodontic instruments and procedures
• Proficiency in digital X-ray systems
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization standards
• Excellent patient interaction and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
