Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist dental hygienists with patient care and procedures
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
• Update and maintain accurate patient records
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Provide excellent patient support and comfort during visits

Qualifications

• Current certification or license as a dental assistant (as required by state)
• CPR/BLS certification
• Previous experience in a dental office is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Familiarity with dental software and record-keeping
• Understanding of infection control protocols
