Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in their daily activities
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and transfers to ensure safety
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes promptly
• Support residents with personal hygiene and grooming needs
• Collaborate with the nursing team to deliver high-quality care
• Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for residents

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Previous experience in long-term care is a plus
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a care team
• Attention to detail in documentation and reporting
• Empathy and a genuine desire to help others
