Location: Skowhegan, ME

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 2:00 PM - 10:15 PM with 30-minute meal break, weekend rotation required
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents in their daily activities
- Assist with mobility, positioning, and transfers to ensure safety
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes promptly
- Support residents with personal hygiene and grooming needs
- Collaborate with the nursing team to deliver high-quality care
- Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for residents
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Previous experience in long-term care is a plus
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a care team
- Attention to detail in documentation and reporting
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help others
