Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health and vital signs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Support residents with daily activities and encourage independence
• Document care provided accurately and communicate with the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Current BLS/CPR certification is preferred
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehab facility is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of resident care principles and safety protocols
• Skill in using electronic health records or documentation systems
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Physical stamina to assist with lifting and mobility
• Basic vital sign measurement and reporting
