Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care including assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Assist with positioning and transfer of patients to ensure comfort and safety
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• No experience required - new CNA graduates are welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and hygiene practices
• Understanding of medical terminology and accurate charting
• Skill in taking and recording vital signs accurately
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
