Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver comprehensive patient care with compassion and precision
• Administer medications and treatments safely, keeping accuracy at the forefront
• Monitor patient conditions and document care in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies and nursing standards

Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
• At least 1 year of RN experience in Med Surg, ER, ICU, or a similar setting
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid foundation in patient care and nursing best practices
• Skilled in medication administration and monitoring patient responses
• Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR) for accurate documentation
• Strong communication skills for coordinating care and educating patients
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment
