Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room
• Assess, plan, and implement nursing interventions for acute and emergent conditions
• Triage patients based on acuity and initiate critical interventions when needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and communicate effectively with patients and families
• Advocate for patients' needs and offer emotional support during stressful moments

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• ER or acute care experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong critical thinking and ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of emergency nursing protocols and procedures
• Proficiency in patient assessment, triage, and medication administration
• Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
