Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities
• Collaborate with nurses and doctors to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families on care instructions and health management
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Compassion and dedication to providing high-quality patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of patient care procedures and medical terminology
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
• Empathy and patience when working with patients and families
