Start Date: 07-18-2026

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts, 8.5-hour shifts, days/evenings/nights available, with no guaranteed minimum hours

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing or rehab setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Educate patients and families on care plans and health management

Qualifications

Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to adapt quickly to different units and patient populations
Previous experience in long-term care or acute care is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nursing procedures and medication administration
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
