Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
• Assist with daily living activities and comfort measures
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications

• Valid Georgia LPN license in good standing
• BLS certification from AHA
• Minimum 0 years of experience (new grads welcome!)
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in medication administration and dosage calculations
• Skilled in wound care, catheterization, and IV therapy
• Excellent bedside manner and patient advocacy
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Effective team collaboration and time management
