Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor residents' conditions and report significant changes to the care team
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality care
• Document patient vitals, assessments, and interventions in a timely manner
• Promote a comfortable, safe, and dignified environment for every resident

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (may be required)
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatrics preferred but new grads are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must provide a government-issued ID and be able to wear a photo badge at all times

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of medication administration and nursing fundamentals
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) documentation
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Compassion, empathy, and a patient-first mindset
• Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
